Annual Report of Foreign Trade Operations 2022
The Annual Report of Foreign Trade Operations (RAOCE) 2022, is an obligation for companies that have IMMEX or Prosec licenses, where the operations carried out in the year prior to the one presented are to be informed.
Companies that have an IMMEX licenses must file their annual operations report from April 1, 2023 until the last business day of May (May 31, 2023).
Failing to file the RAOCE by the due date will result in the automatic suspension of the program.
In the meantime, companies with Prosec program must submit the annual operations reports from April 1, 2023 until the last business day of April (April 28, 2023).
The program will also be automatically suspended if the RAOCE is not submitted by the due date.
